MonicsCSM
Satellite users who have limited monitoring requirements use MonicsCSM to improve their quality of service. MonicsCSM automatically monitors all carriers while allowing the operator to perform manual analysis.
MonicsCSM automatically monitors all your uplink and downlink carriers plus the beacon in each satellite. Automatic monitoring follows a pattern defined by the operator through a simple Point-and-Click Monitoring Plan application. The automatic processes provide immediate alerts when a carrier problem arises before your customer alerts you.
Measurements are automatically stored and can be recalled for later analysis or to create an email ready picture. Monitoring Plans can include any combination of satellites, transponders, carriers and beacons on the downlink and also the uplink carriers.
Automatic alarms notify the responsible individuals through the User Interface Workstation, pager and email. Traces are stored automatically and can be replayed using the MonicsCSM Archive Trace Player Application included in the Workstation software.
MonicsCSM's useful measurement capability and low price make this system particularly attractive to the small earth station operator. When more capability is needed, MonicsCSM can be upgraded to MonicsNet capability. MonicsCSM will grow with your company. The distributed architecture supports more capability in hardware and software.
